I’m a new pest control owner/ entrepreneur. I’m 31 years old and I have 273 active recurring customers with two company trucks. $215,000 in sales revenue in our first summer in business. You should make a video for us young guys starting out what to look forward to with selling our business down the road. Like if I gain 1000,2000, 5000+ customers how much could I realistically sell my business for in the future?
Create a pro forma and what your business would generate on top and bottom line. Assign a multiple of cash flow that’s in line to comparable businesses. Done
I agree with Bryson! I'm in a similar position - entrepreneur, based in Brazil, running a cash-generating company with recurring clients. I'm thinking of selling in 3-4 years. I know I can structure the business to make the sale much better (both in terms of ease and price), but I’m not sure how to do it. Having recurring clients already helps, but what else can I do? I’d love to see a video from you comparing business models and how businesses like mine can make a strategic transition to improve the sale!
Can we see an entire transaction end to end, the numbers the timeline, the roles, what the thresholds to do this, for something that isn't pest control or lawn related please.
