It does sound like bullshit that she would have no idea it was going to happen or that Nancy would have been injured.
She wrote a note detailing where Nancy would be that day, she had both men send Nancy death threats beforehand and she even admits, "overhearing" the two men talk about it.
To me, there's no doubt she knew about it beforehand. The only question for me, is how involved she was and to what extent.
