- After years of trout fishing, this has become my go-to method for procuring a boneless trout fillet :)

You made that look very simple to do. Beautiful catches. I actually fillet my first fish last summer that I caught. My husband was teasing me and said I would not be able to do it. With the help of UA-cam I did! I'll get better the more I do it, but first I have to catch the fish, haha.
Awesome 😊 Good old UA-cam, right?? I’ve come here for more than one tutorial! 😂
Good job on learning how to do it! 🤜🤛
Outstanding! Thank you!
My pleasure, friend! Good luck! 👍
I just learned how to butterfly and debone a mackerel. This is useful, I hope to get a nice brown trout on one of the NYC water supply reservoirs this week. They have big fish but you have to put in your time, especially if you are shore bound like me. The only boats allowed are rowboats that are registered and chained to trees by the waters edge.
Very cool, my friend! Hope you catch a monster brown! 🙂🎣
Sweet... You sure made it look easy.. I'm claiming half of that successful fishing trip LOL... 😂😂😂 I broke out the old fish bugle.. I gave several channels a fishing shout-out including yours... It Works 🤣😊✌️
What!!! No way!! Thanks, buddy.
That’s AMAZING 🤩😍🎣🎣
Hey hey! There we go...thanks bro! 🤜
🤛😊
PRO Tip melt cheese on your trout.
What do you dredge the trout in?
Just egg and then flour.
Fry ‘em crispy and salt/pepper to taste 🙂
Another ProTip cook the Trout with Bacon or use some Bacon Grease to cook it in
Heck yeah!! Wrapped in bacon and baked?? Yes! 😋😋😋
You've got some balls to call this the "Ben Orvis" method. Fail. People have been filleting trout like this for time immemorial, for you to try to put your name on it...gawd what an ego
😂😂😂 Thanks, pal!! I’ll take that as a compliment!! 😉😉 You guys catch a lot of trout in southern Oregon?? Next time I’m out there I’ll have to look you up so we can fry up a few fish!!
Thanks for watching. 🤜🤛
