Yes, grainy video and sound is not professional, but this was the 1994 "rock" scene on Guam. Burgundy Goo was a brief collaboration that made some good music. The band was made up of guys from other bands in the music scene and only lasted for the summer, like Jennifer Grey and Swayze in Dirty Dancing.
