So, at first i thought about on going to a darley model 2 at long grove (which actually is removed as of now), but I found a video of Montecat33 driving by this, and I decided to locate this 3T22 and film it. I looked around, and sure enough, i found it in a small village. When I started to film, I was really nervous because I thought it was disconnected, and I even heard other sirens in the distance from parts of island lake that went off at 10 am sharp. But this didn't, so I started to feel like it failed on me. But shortly at 10:01, it fired up in alert! I was so happy to hear my first 3T22 up close. And in fact, I believe i am the only one who filmed it up close in full blast, when Montecat33 just drove by as it was winding down. I believe this is the only 3T22 in island lake, since the rest are whelens. And I know the siren maps say it is a 2T22, but trust me, it is a 3T22 since I saw solenoid boxes on it. This awesome 3T22 is located on 298 W Burnett Road in Island Lake, illinois.
Sirens in island lake and most of Illinois are tested on the first Tuesday of every month at 10 am

      Wrong. I've seen a very similar amount of 3PH and 1PH XT22s.

@@pennsy77 ok. If an XT22 is single phase, then doesn't it make it a B series?

@@SirensAndAlarmsOfNorthernIL Literally no. B series is a completely different thing.

Didn't expect to see you here! Btw i might get another rc helicioter soon. And i actually found out that some of U.K's sirens are stull up and running. And this siren is similar to the ones in U.K, but only it runs on 60Hz and is mounted vertically with horns. The ones in U.K are horizontal and have a lower pitch because they run on 50Hz
