hearing “its him” from eggman when sonic is storming to the eclipse cannon is still the best lead up in the whole movie to a fight, that whole 5 minutes from sonic going super to him punching shadow through continents, i wish i could rewatch it again
The dedication to take notes for every scene for a movie that’s still in theaters lol. I love the connection between Sonic and Shadow the movie tried doing where they both seemingly lost someone they love and both immediately have revenge in the brain. The thing that breaks Sonic from his revenge mindset was realizing what he was doing wasn’t him. It’s a theme of not being who he is which is something shadow struggled with himself, not knowing who he is. It’s not until the have their convo where they both come to terms with who the are inside and coincidentally this is where they’re at their strongest. One of my favorite parts of this movie.
That one scene with Gerald where he reveals his true colors is so fucking good man. “You’re no Maria” is an insane ass line. It makes it extra disappointing that they just revert Gerald back to acting goofy and keep cutting back to it during the Super Sonic & Shadow finale, I wish they emphasized his shift in demeanor
They could have kept the fight funny if Gerald is trying conventional methods to get rid of Ivo and Ivo just uses the craziest and random stuff to fight back, while talking random stuff. Would have highlighted the difference between the Robotniks better I think.

i lot of people didnt like how goofy and weird both robotniks were. but honestly i think it was a testament to how insane both were driven. both of them driven past the verge of insanity while trying to destroy/rule the world

When my sister saw the movie she thought the Chao Garden was a real place and genuinely wanted to go visit it. That proves that SEGA must bring back the Chao Garden in a future game

I feel like it could be a similar situation to Jim Carrey, where they're not sure if he'll be down, or able to come back so they're leaving it up in the air for now. I think the moment that sold me on Keanu Reeves on shadow , is when he meets Gerald and sees “professor?” He says the line with the same delivery and tone as, the previous shadow vas when the say professor, like Jason and Kirk , i thought that was a great moment , it also did show that shadow did have more of a connection/respect to Gerald

This is the third time I've been spoiled on Sonic Movie post credits. But the messed up part is that UA-cam actively suggests the recordings when I'm watching an entirely different franchise after not recommending any Sonic videos 😂. But still a part of me expected all 3 characters to be included in post credits so I'm not too upset about it
I find it interesting that only 1 metal sonic is in his proper colours. The rest are some shade of grey with yellow highlights, which is close to metal 2.0, but the shade of grey is too light, and they're missing the pattern on the forehead. which is odd if they're meant to be a reference to 2.0, that they didn't fully commit. I've heard people mention that metal could take from Fleetway's metallix story line, which if it happens, get Nicholas briggs to voice them. Have the metallix being a homage of the daleks come full circle by getting the current VA of the daleks to voice them.
I mean they could update the other Metal Sonics to look more like 2.0 which has happened with Tails and Shadow before. Also I think Nic Briggs should play the basic Metal drones while whoever the main Metal Sonic is NEEDS to be played by Ben Schwartz, let that man play a villainous Sonic pleaseeee.
I still wanna know if the explosion of the ark did anything like if you look at it it does not look like a normal explosion that looks like a whole ass galaxy being formed.
They had to write shadow to look away for sonic to win the fight, and plus shadow wanted sonic to kill him to prove to him that revenge was the only way and living didn't matter to shadow anymore since the eclipse canon would destroy everything and everyone, but sonic talked shadow out of it and shadow helped save the day
Fadel, I think Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024) is darker than Sonic Adventure 2 and Shadow 05. My proof is this: - Expanded Tragic Backstories - More Complex Character Arcs with Sonic and Shadow - Darker themes such as the cycle of anger and hate - The visual and emotional intensity is beyond the games. - Sonic's desire for revenge is something never seen in the games too, especially Adventure 2. - Also Maria's death is more detailed as there is more going on in the scene when compared to the games What do you think Fadel? I find it interesting that only 1 metal sonic is in his proper colours. The rest are some shade of grey with yellow highlights, which is close to metal 2.0, but the shade of grey is too light, and they're missing the pattern on the forehead. which is odd if they're meant to be a reference to 2.0, that they didn't fully commit.
I've heard people mention that metal could take from Fleetway's metallix story line, which if it happens, get Nicholas briggs to voice them. Have the metallix being a homage of the daleks come full circle by getting the current VA of the daleks to voice them.
I mean they could update the other Metal Sonics to look more like 2.0 which has happened with Tails and Shadow before. Also I think Nic Briggs should play the basic Metal drones while whoever the main Metal Sonic is NEEDS to be played by Ben Schwartz, let that man play a villainous Sonic pleaseeee.

I feel like they have Gerald in a white suit to sort of homage Rouge but also to tell the two Robotnik's apart.
They had to write shadow to look away for sonic to win the fight, and plus shadow wanted sonic to kill him to prove to him that revenge was the only way and living didn't matter to shadow anymore since the eclipse canon would destroy everything and everyone, but sonic talked shadow out of it and shadow helped save the day

Fadel, I think Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024) is darker than Sonic Adventure 2 and Shadow 05. My proof is this:
- Expanded Tragic Backstories
- More Complex Character Arcs with Sonic and Shadow
- Darker themes such as the cycle of anger and hate
- The visual and emotional intensity is beyond the games.
- Sonic's desire for revenge is something never seen in the games too, especially Adventure 2.
- Also Maria's death is more detailed as there is more going on in the scene when compared to the games
