Take an old ball point pen, the kind that's transparent and you can see the ink tube inside. Remove the plug at one end and the ink tube and nib at the other end. Insert a hat pin (pin with the big round ball at the end) into the plug end, ball first. Place your mouth over the nib end, place one finger over the hole in the middle of the tube, and *blow*. Do not do this while aiming at a person. Do it into cardboard so that you can see how bloody powerful it can be.

its a very easy technic of making a crossbow ever saw!
This is soo awesome!
You can add a metal clip at one end so that you can pull the rubber band and place it within the clip. When you squeeze the clip the clip will release the rubber band and shoot the arrow.

I think you can use normal thin elastic bands as well. You just have to use 2-3 and add some tape as the "holder" for the bolt.
