1. It totally depends upon ur interest. I cannot decide or comment on what you should do and what not. You have to decide it. 2. Package is already discussed in the video. It's around 40-50k€/year.
PhD procedure is usually same in Germany. I would suggest you to watch PhD videos on my channel. I have made 4 videos on PhD in Germany. You can refer those videos. Let me know if you still have doubts.
