39. Internationaler Hürtgenwaldmarsch 2.9.2023 (engl.)

To commemorate the Battle of the Hürtgen Forest in the late fall of 1944, the International Hürtgen Forest March took place for the 39th time on 2 September 2023. It traditionally starts in Vossenack, a beautiful Eifel village in the municipality of Hürtgenwald in the district of Düren in the administrative district of Cologne.
In addition to the classic march routes (10, 20 and 30 km), guided hikes on various topics were also offered. Around 500 participants took part in the march this year. There was also an extensive supporting program with an exhibition, theater performance and lectures. The video shows a compact excerpt of the day.
