I dont noe if nobudy noticed but we have a skin pattern with the new brawlers , every second update new brawlers get a skin . Larry and larlye in ciberbrawl , melodie and Angelo in god season and draco in scarytales soo in the next update Berry , Clancy and maybe lili might get a new skin

Lucas:
A Royal prince who holds a Lance, he never stops moving, with very fast movement speed, and does 1500 dmg every time he connects to a brawler, he has no ammo, and is always attacking. The more hp the enemy brawler has, the less damage he does, because a Lance is more effective against smaller targets. His super is a wide sweep behind him that stuns, so if he runs past a brawler because they dodged him, he can sweep them, and his super turns him 180* he gets stunned a bit when he hits walls, so he’s an assassin that’s really good on open maps
Honestly if it were more of an attack like ember's this would be a very interesting concept
I feel like he would be bad if he couldnt stand still but other than that its a great concept

Moes hitbox actually is slightly smaller than other brawlers its the same as the hitbox from crow which is the smallest in the game

Moe got a rework where it's 50% less super damage and 20% more regular attack damage

Hair: Fringe Hairstyle
Height: 6'7
Outfit: Black assassin outfit with black gloves and shoes with a white face-mask
Eye Color: Bright Red
Hair Color: Midnight Black with Dark Burgundy Red
Backstory: Trained himself his entire life to take out people good and bad. His only goal: Creating the perfect balance between good and evil. Has worked with Byron, Sam, and Belle a couple times, but usually works solo. Simple as that.
Voice: Devoid of any emotion
Personality: Has nothing that makes humans(Emotions, feelings, remorse, etc), Cold
Stats at Max Level:
Rarity: Legendary
Movement Speed: Fast
Health: 8500
Damage: 3000
Weapon: Has a huge sniper. Enemies/Allies hit by the sniper are Marked. Marked enemies take 15% more damage and are poisoned for 5 seconds. Allies take 15% less damage and are healed for 5 seconds. Damage can't stack, but the duration is reset if you hit the ally/enemy again. Range is slightly longer than Mandy's range when she is standing still.
Passive: Has a aura around him that is similar to Buzz and Buster's but different. His super charges very slowly over time. If enemies enter the aura, Cipher automatically switches to his secondary weapon, a submachine gun. The submachine has much less range and damage, only 650 at max level. However, Cipher's movement speed is increased by 25% and his damage taken is reduced by 20%. The ammo of the submachine is like Amber's weapon, where it is one bar. When the enemy leaves or they're defeated in the aura, Cipher switches back to the sniper. The switch will trigger even if the enemy that enters the aura is in bushes. The fire rate of the sniper is ok, bullet size is decent, the bullet speed is average. The submachine gun's bullet size is decrased, but the fire rate and bullet speed is increased.
Super: Perfectionist: Cipher instantly gains a percantage, maximum up to 25% depending on how low his health is, of his missing health back(if he's at full health when Super is used, that health is distributed between teammates, or if he's in duels or solo showdown, turns into a temporar shield) and knocks back enemies. Has 3 stages to it.
1st stage: 15% extra movement speed and projectile speed
2nd stage: Gains 30% lifesteal and DoT(Damage over time) effects, like Fire and Poison inflicted onto Cipher lasts 1 second less and deal 15% less damage to him
3rd stage: Gains Control Immunity (Not affected by Stuns, Knockbacks, Slows (Including Ice), Also, Willow's Super does nothing to him, Cordelius still works, just not the slow) and gains a revive. (The revive instantly spawns you where you died, like Doug, and doesn't reset once you respawn. Also, when he respawns, he will already be in the 1st stage.)
1st Star Power: Cold-Blooded: You don't charge any of your enemies aura, and can't be detected in bushes by Gadgets or Star powers.
1st Gadget: High Alert: Gains higher visibility range to bushes and enemies in bushes do 20% less damage for 7 seconds.
2nd Star Power: Fear: While Cipher is alive, Enemies are permanently intimidated, doing less damage and moving slower when facing him
2nd Gadget: Trophy System: Places down a 6000 system that slowly loses health over time. The system generates a medium sized area around it. Allies inside the area gain 25% extra movement, reload, and Super charge speed. A percantage of the damage dealt to enemies inside of the area converts into some healing for the system.
Hypercharge: Gains a 4 stage when using Super. Your projectiles now home toward enemies and you can leap over walls and water.
Major balancing needed, but that's my concept.
