DJI Mini 2 SE - My Top 5 Photos Taken So Far!

- Hey All!
After having my mini 2 SE for a few 3 weeks and taking it on 5 flights I thought I'd quickly share my top photo from each day! So far I have been impressed with its ability to capture dynamic range with its small sensor using the 3 image exposure bracketing. I don't know if this is of interest, but in case it is, here goes. After spending so much money on different ND Freewell filter packages for my drones, I ran across a YT channel by a guy named Ted Nemeth. In my opinion he's a bit quirky in his presentation style but likeable. He's a cinematographer/photographer by trade. For the DJI Mini series, and for a couple of what seem like sound reasons, he recommends that flyers forget about Pro mode and multiple NDs. He suggests always go with the AUTO selection, a ND64 on bright days, ND 32 on cloudy days, and no filter during golden hour. He feels the built-in algorithms do all the work necessary for great exposures. He only recommends this with drones as they constantly move within changing light. This is not a recommendation for still cameras. Interesting take, and I'm going to try it and hopefully be able to stop fiddling around with filters and settings. He says stopping all that makes the experience more fun because you can then concentrate on good cinematography, which is what he preaches.
Hey! You know what I can totally agree with this as I have seen with my two newest drones. I feel like if you know how to maximize the auto features and when and when not to use a ND filter you can capture stunning images and video while keeping the experience fun and effortless. You also capture way more content! I really appreciate you sharing this 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey Chuck, these are edited in Lightroom. Occasionally I’ll use photoshop but that’s more for my other work as a real estate photographer
