I've always liked Cannelloni but not had one for a long time. I find some of the brands are too tomatoey, not tried Goodfella's will have to but they always seem expensive. They have always been pricey for some reason. I like mine cooked in oven so its not so stodgy and goes crispy. I used to have mine with peas or a salad, sometimes chips but they are filling if have with pasta. Its healthy with the spinach and tomato content and bechamel sauce -pronounced 'Beck-a- mel. The dish Cannelloni is pronounced- Can-a-lone-e. Nice you have chosen a vegetarian option.
