How to buy this machine tell me
I ordered and received the unit and trailer. Both arrived in good condition.... But, no manuals to put either together. They're arguing with me, like I shouldn't have this secret information. They said I can't have an electronic copy, because they don't want it online. If someone has a copy for the OS27 with trailer assembly, please let me know. Thanks

How often do you switch blades?
A good rule of thumb is to sharpen band blades every two hours of cutting (so take a few blades with you for a full day of cutting). However, you may need to sharpen your blades more often if you are milling dirty logs or species that have a lot of sand inside the fiber (like cedar). Most sawyers can re-sharpen blades between 5 to 8 times.

Standard log length is 3.4m (11’) but you can add 7’ (2.1m) extensions to mill as long as you want. You can add the optionally available trailer/support jack system to all Frontier sawmills at any time (when you get your Frontier or in the future).
