Is there any way of doing this effect on letters that will come out reversed? O and W are same either way but eg J G D would come out backwards after demoulding
You have to used the reversed mold. I think that's the only way

I can't tell because they are leftover resin but you can measure your mold using water to know the estimated grams of resin that you'll need.

I used UV resin on letter H.
On letter T, I used Pebeo Cerne Relief Outliner Gold for the details and UV Resin for the white part.
For letter L, I used acrylic paint and acrylic pen.
I used UV resin to dome the letters
I notice you didn't sand the letters first. Do your designs and domes not peel off? Mine do.
Yup ,I don't. They're fine 😊 I suggest that you use best quality UV Resin if you're gonna dome using it.

Hola solo usas resina uv o se pueden usar de las dos para meter en la lámpara por que tengo dudas con la epoxica
You cannot put Epoxy Resin under UV lamp to cure.
How many time they take to dry
If you will use 2 parts resin, it'll take 6-12 or 12-24 hours depending on the brand
And how long do you know how to keep under light?
I just give it much time under it, not lesser than the usual curing time that I always do
What are you using to dome with?
In this video, I used Jdiction UV Resin. But I also use 2 parts resin on my other letters
