They need to start thinking about going to Chris Warner and letting him know what's going on. They might all be able to figure out something together switch mentors see each other out in public.. Francesca should probably stop buying things for Samira. In case it gets brought up later of buying her affection. All she needs to do is be herself. they need to talk more about their relationship and worth having. Samara took off like a bolt of lightening freaked out about going public need o be on the same page.
I really don't understand people... Some people are said francesca using her only for fun... Then they said she is to scared and afraid of being with Samira... Now they are saying she is controlling and getting way to fast... What do you want... Either way people are going to accused her she is doing something wrong...
It's complicated. They're all right and wrong. Samira was scared. Now she's concerned with professional repercussions. Francesca's motives were in question because of her position of power.
Last but not least, Francesca is being controlling; however, Fran isn't trying to be controlling. She's just excited, and the result of her position and her runaway feelings is resulting in a lot of boundary issues.
There's nothing toxic here right now. Fran just needs to take a step back... let the baby surgeon be a baby surgeon and stop trying to build her up too quickly.
Which way will the scale tip is meant to be part of the drama..... on top of what happens when her superiors find out.

They're not kissing for real. They have a behind the scenes video on Instagram of how they filmed kisses during this period (with covid and all) but I think the restrictions were lifted sometime ago so they probably started filming real kisses for scenes to air in February
There shouldn't be a problem in a boss worker thing if it was a problem then Nicole and Maeve would have same issues Nicole is Maeve boss but they seem fine with their work

@nicole Zara I agree as well. The tickets and get away was a tiny bit cringy only because I wanted to hear what Samira had to say. It’s 50/50 that she wanted to step back or follow Francesca’s lead in going public. With them going to this event together, I don’t think they’re going to cover it up. Hope not anyway. This is the perfect opportunity to put their relationship on blast. I don’t think Samira wanted to end it but I can definitely see her having reservations and possibly wanting to go public while setting boundaries. 🤷🏻♀️

Never watched this show before but are these two always this delusional? Especially Francesca. Don't get me wrong, I like them as a couple but one being the others direct report especially in a surgical training setting is so fraught with HR danger. Maybe NZ has different laws than the US but this would not fly at all. Francesca's initial instincts to keep this on the down low have disappeared because she's so in love but wow. Talk about losing your mind
