Hey Pekin! Yorick has one actual 'combo' - if you have ghouls out, you can land E and then cast R after your original ghouls jump. This causes the ghouls that spawn to also jump and attack, creating a 'double jump'. You can also place W under turret and the turret will target the W first before your ghouls (and tank 2 shots at level 1), which allows you to DPS the turret a little longer with your ghouls/lane minions.
I so admire Pekin for being able to resist saying something along the lines of "i told you" to that Xayah who said they're stupid if they think they win late.
I think it wouldn't even cross pekins mind. He just be too wholesome. (also he deals with so many toxic league players. no use stooping to their level. A cool head wins games x)

Thats wrong about maiden not crossing W wall though, she can cross it and you use this by placing W down in front of her as you're running away so people can't chase her
Something tells me the biggest problem in botlane wasn't actually the Janna. Props to her for not giving up and blaming everyone else like xayah even if she made some mistakes
Man, Pekin is such a breath of fresh air. I just recently got into league a few months ago and have noticed a lot of the big UA-camrs just smurf or even make custom games with low Elo viewers just to make themselves look better than they are. This is a much better way of doing things where the goal is to actually climb out of lower ranks, not stay there and see how many pentas you can get at the expense of everyone else in the lobby Great commentary too. so Maiden targets what you target or have E on you dont have to chase down her targets, you can have 4 ghouls with in X range of you the max is unlimited, you can send maiden down one lane 4 ghouls down another and you be in a third Yorick is the king of split push, at 17:24 he could have let the ghouls travel up lane to tower and then spawned the new graves, these are the little things that give you loads more power on Yorick, Maiden will heal upon returning to base.
Pretty sure trinity force is best on yorick rn. Also, you can make your wall tank tower, which would have saved maiden that one time, and for leveling usually just one extra point in wall for the extra durability on it, and only if they can't get past your wall, otherwise just level e (after q). I believe swifties are also one of if not the best boot options for yorick.
It would cool to see Statick Shiv Sera Mid from you. 1. Pen Boots 2. Ludens 3. Shadow Flame 4. Lich Bane 5. Statikk Shiv 6. Death cap The Idea: Your passive provides you notes when you cast your abilities. The notes provide ATTACK RANGE, based on how many you have. You can easily have Caitlyn levels of range. So when you have extra range, you pop your Lich Bane + Shiv on someone for crazy, point-and-click damage. Its basically just AP Sera until Item 4. You can't get Shiv sooner though, because Sera has basically no AD scaling. The only thing she likes from Shiv is the energize passive. You could try Shiv as a 4th item instead of Bane.
Yorick is a pretty beefy boy. He's hard to stop. But he doesn't go where he pleases. Mundo on the other hand DOES go where he pleases. Play Doctor Mundo in the midlane, please .
Have you ever considered doing the alternative gamemodes? You've done a lot of instructional videos on stuff like Summoner's Rift, but games like ARAM are fundamentally different, as "laning phase" doesn't exist and you are always with your team. Do you think it's possible to teach ARAM mechanics? I think it'd be fun to watch, to boot.
I love Yorick mid with comet, it's funny to see Ahri or Viktor use half their mana to tickle me while I do more damage with 3 tombs and landing an E lol Sadly everyone wants to use AA champions right now so if go Yorick mid, top will probably do some stupid AD all in shit or even an adc so we'll be left with no AP from the midlaner (which is already hard enoigh because everyone wants to play Zed/Talon

Day 2 of requesting Morgana JG. Her W gives her good clearing, her Q and ultimate provide great ganks, and her E is perfect for getting away from a sticky situation. My preferred runes are dark harvest, cheap shot, eyeball, ultimate/treasure hunter with free boots and cosmic insight. I typically go liandry's into zhonya's into a deathcap

P.S If you wanna push with ghouls or ghouls+Maiden it's better to do it with a cannon minion. Since the turret focuses the ghouls first, they die instantly but if there's a cannon then the turret focuses the cannon minion allowing you, your Maiden and your ghouls to do massive damage to turrets

I need to say something he's talking about how you can have 8 ghouls 4 with your maiden and 4 with you. That's wrong. You can technically have up to 16 ghouls on the map. This is something most dont know or utilize on yorick. Ghoul pathing away from yorick is the same as minions. There is some glitches here but for the most part a ghoul away from yorick will just walk down the lane as a minion. The way to do this consistently is simple. Clear the melee minions and the Canon then just walk away from the wave. Your ghouls should default to clearing ranged minions and once those are gone if you are far enough away they will continue their March. This is absolutely huge, seriously I couldn't tell you how many towers I've taken just by managing waves and dropping off ghouls. I can split with yorick from NY side of the map I can shove all three lanes at one time with maiden opposite the current objective while grouping with my team for that objective with 4 ghouls. That's massive. That means so long as you are alive they have to either answer maiden or lose their base if they do answer maiden then you get to split while forcing a 5v4. Just play like an ad burst caster on the fringe of the fight fight with your ghouls and your wall once your ghouls are dead step back and get more if you can if not pick and choose your qs carefully. If you can't do it safely then just leave the fight and let your ghouls destroy their base. I think I've only ever seen 1 yorick player who actually does this aside from me and that's the guy who came up with it and it drives me nuts. It's so free.

I want me some Kled mid, bro is seriously underrated as a mid laner. Yes he’s strong in top rn but in mid he does so much more. Great matchups into many mages since he’s so sticky, great roams with his ult, early game is insane and since you’re going mid you can bring scaling runes and you don’t fall off as hard late game. Although if you’re playing Kled mid you won’t make it that far cuz you stomp everyone in existence. Ravenous > Eclipse > serylda’s with tank boots. Deaths dance if you want armour, Maw if you want MR, black cleaver if you just wanna hit the thing harder.
I'm actually curious if Cho'Gath jungle could work. Carnivore to get more healing, and feasting jgl monsters might make clearing quick and easy. Runes-wise you could go full ap, tank, or maybe even full slow with Glaciate for ganks. I'm only a bronze player so I think it best to consider some rune/item builds yourself, haha.

It's from placing a ward I think. You can see Sylas places a ward when the sound comes.
