I mean it’s already my own money. You’re not earning money. It’s meant to be a habit breaker (spending). Personally I use a method where I keep my checking account at $2,000 beginning each pay day. Next time I get paid, I only keep what’ll get me to $2,000. The rest automatically goes into savings or investments. Over $100,000 by age 26.

I have saved 88k in two years. When the pandemic started being a nurse I worked like a Dog lol…now I love looking at my bank account . Also paid off all my debts

When I was younger and got my first job pushing carts at a grocery store I invested about 50% or more of every paycheck into stocks that pay monthly dividends, then I invested those dividends into stocks that pay monthly dividends lol. My future self really appreciates the very comfortable financial boost my younger self gave me, it's never to late to make money 💰

I don't know why people say stick I'm a savings account like you don't have easy access to it😂 your debit card is right next to your credit card. Also we do online banking so again what's stopping you from spending it🤷🏽♂️
Bruh I heard investing in a money market account is actually better. Then you can use your savings for compound interest

Maybe this will help anyone. I survive off 200$ a week. Every check I give myself 200$ to live off and pay bills witch ever needed, then I put the rest into savings. It was hard at first but it’s starting to get easy n it feels great looking at my money everytime I open my bank account. If I want something that’s over my 200$ I’ll have to survive off less then 200$ a week n save money from that. It sometimes sucks when I get down to 10$ even 0$ before my check but that about learning how to budget. Been with my girl for five years and she preach to me to save money and I never did. It took me to be 29 years old to finally start and I love saving now. I really bought everything I wanted in my 20’s that now all I want is to have money for the future

Only people this would apply to is people who get tips. Nobody gets paid daily otherwise, so just save and budget like a normal person…
Not everyone works only a 9 to 5 multiple different incomes
Right I get paid twice a month. I’m doing the 100 envelope and the month challenge like for January save a dollar a day but I’m doing mine on my pay days so 15 bucks on the 15 and then 15 on the 30 or 31 for January then for February save two bucks a day and so on.

I am all about ideas, but I got a suggestion. Why not tell you audience instead of looking for ways to save, invest and all this other stuff that requires money already they need to get income(s) and then outpace expenses and then worry about all these "ideas." Noting from nothing leaves nothing right so what is up with all this talk unless there is money to be used to do any of it?

well UA-cam finance is full of already richer people. They spend as little time as possible just making the basics work. They don't need to be rich to have way more money than they spend... BUt they don't focus on making money in their videos but do focus on making money off camara. These types of people are such 🤡!!

It’s not hard if you got discipline as well as an hiding technique. Out of sight out of mind. I been saving for months n I got a couple thousand saved. Take $100 out of every check n see what you save monthly

I think he did the video for people just starting out... For me, I do the $7k challenge I got from Pinterest... It's a bunch of circles with random amounts on it... Every time I get that specific amount, I shade the circle in and put that amt in an envelope. It works great!!

I rather save 900 a month
Each week, I earn $150 a day on my summer job. After the end of each work week, I put 75% of my income into my savings account and 25% of my income into my checking account. Is this a good idea?
I don’t get money like that and this is just my opinion, I would reverse the percentages and add more to the savings
