I love the textures that dry brush offers, but really haven't practiced with it much. This demonstration is very inspiring to me, thank you for sharing!
I was fortunate to visit Brandywine in Chad's Ford Pennsylvania. To visit the studio of Wyeth, and many works of NC, Jamie, and Andrew was almost a religious experience. I appreciate your vid and effort to duplicate NC's style and hope that you will have the opportunity to also make that pilgrimage.
Once upon a time I went to the same studio and would you believe it or not that time was the time I 1st learned about the artist. A very fortunate visit :)
@@EkaterinaSmirnova very lucky!! I just read that Andrew's mostly unseen 7000 works have been turned over to Brandywine-hopefully they will put some on tour... Were you also able to see the Farnsworth museum in Maine? (lots of NC, and Andrew works there) sorry to get so chatty, I just love their works. Jamie-not so much. Anyway, thanks for the reply, you don't have to answer this one- Best, Judy

I only went to Maine once and we didn't go to the museum, but I would love to one day :)@@JC-il4or
With a strong American accent!
Blue skys are not something you’ll find in a Wyeth painting.
a pointless, snotty, negative comment. How about just thanking her for generously offering her lovely interpretation?
