Currently studying mechanical engineering at MSOE. This video helped a lot with a school project. Thank you for taking the time to make it. I hope I design something this clever one day. Thanks again!!
Great video and animations. I never would have guessed a reciprocating saw would use a wobble plate to convert rotation to linear. That’s definitely not how I would have done it simply because I can’t find a way to easily counterbalance all the forces being applied in that given space. I'd assume that it’s mostly the wobble plate mechanism that leads to these saws having a lot of jitteriness and instability. I get it in terms of space requirements and ease of production, but given these saws are meant to cut things, id probably try to reduce unwanted forces on the operator by going with a different mechanism. Anyway, keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for the kind comment! I was also quite surprised when I dissembled my reciprocating saw! From prior research, I was under the impression that all reciprocating saws use a "connecting rod/slider" assembly but clearly not all of them do! I'm glad I was able to convey that principle to my viewers. Thanks for watching and thanks for supporting my channel!
This is amazing. Please keep this up. I wasn’t sure about your channel that you had advertised through tik tok, but I’m glad I checked. You gained a subscriber
Started out watching sex machines and now here I am learning the mechanics of how a reciprocating saw operates. Definitely one of those diving down the rabbit holes of UA-cam evenings lol
This is one if the coolest videos. Thank you for all your time and the work you put into making this. Great job!

I have this machine but I never thought of how it works - thanks for the explanation.
Great video and animations.

Loving these vids you’ll become famous forsure
Too kind 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thanks!
A great video of demonstrating how a reciprocating saw works. Thanks for sharing!
When pandemic ends in the near future this channel will create a new storm in knowledge 👏👏👍
Incredibly well explained, thank you so much!
Very well done! Thanks!
Amazing detail and videography skills. Makes your material very interesting!
Beautiful. Thanks.
Love the videos. Keep it up. The channel will grow quickly!
thank you for the explaination.
Great video great info absolutely amazing.
Make more tools like this
How does it happen that the cylinder rotates, the wobbel plant does not rotate with it and make a complete rotation?
Yoooooo here at 82 subs, good luck man!👍🏽
Wow! Great presentation. You’ve earned a new subscriber.
Thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great video man!
Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I really appreciate the positive feedback!

Impressionnant 👍🏻✌🏻🇨🇦
quazy good thanks :D
Plzzz..make more video..your video is very interesting, informative
Isto é muito genial!
Revolutions per minute with wheels, frame, and this machine will help it ask for more electricity.
Great informative video. I found the music to be a bit too loud though.
Are you sure permanent magnets are used as stator in an AC motor? Shouldnt it be a field coil?
Why would an AC motor need a commutator? Aren't these only necessary with DC motors? Correct me if I'm wrong...
👏👏👏
I imagine an engine for a car, it would have a good torque 😏😏
