I remember an old, kid-friendly animated film that told this story. And no, it was the amazing, fantastic "Prince of Egypt." In one scene, when Moses struck the stone and water poured out, as kid tried to do the same, say "I prefer milk."

It'd be dope to get some more different videos like that, in terms of the biblical stories... stories off the top of my head; Sodam & gamorah Story of Gideon Story of joshua(which is after moses) Also the book of Enoch.. The interesting drawing and artwork make me want to look at the video, as opposed to just listening to it
What's interesting is that the pharaoh that people always think is the pharaoh from the Bible. His first born son succeeded him thus if his first born son already died. How could that be? The pharaoh of the Exodus was Amenhotep II. His firstborn son died, leaving his second born son Thutmose IV to succeed him. Everyone thinks the Exodus pharaoh was Ramses II, it's not. It's Amenhotep II, who came earlier.
The time were Joesph was in Egypt , they were under Exodus rule , your story lacks very important and key information, to why the Pharaohs hated the Israeli, which is important. I wouldn't claim that there never any. But we have no valid evidence of ancient Hebrews having been enslaved in large numbers in Egypt, let alone valid evidence of these stories.
True but it does beg the question. Why is there a story about it? Especially when the jews of today celebrate pass over. Maybe there was and it was erased from the records. After all, it wouldn't be the first time Egyptians (Especially royalty) would try to erase stuff to save face. Just look at Hatsheptsut (Did I spell that right)

Hinduism goes back 6 to 9000 years and the birth of the kemetic/Egyptian gods from 4 African tribes took place 120,000 years. Unfortunately especially in the west there are too many people who take these tales literally and miss the point. When you take myths literally the magic of the message is lost. No evidence no facts just stories. The majority of human history has been warped and messed with but that doesn't mean these things actually happened. If tje stories from Canannite and Phoenician mythology happened then ALL other mythological tales happened as well. At the end of the day it's up to the individual to determine whether tales taken literally or not mean anything in your life but history came before christianity and according to history its all plagiarized tales taken from other regions. The ancient world was way different in their understanding(or lack there of)of the world and nature so they like to day sit around and use imagination and storytelling to explain what they didn't understand about the universe. Most were illiterate and had extremely low IQs. The average ancient jew was about 5 foot 2 inches tall so when encountering someone 6 foot 6 they thought they were giants yet today we know that simply there are tall people and short people but in the ancient world they were seen as more than being tall.
As a history channel I expected u to say there is no evidence of slavery in Egypt that's history not this I don't mind a story but don't call it history

And one of the 10 commandments is literally not to cover your neighbor's home, thus evicting them from their own property and murdering their children would kind of constitute as a violation of these. Especially when you take in the role of hospitality during ancient rights, being invited. When no one else would take, you would definitely constitute as a very bad guest.
