    For everyone commenting about the roommates - I can easily see the two surviving young women roommates being innocent. They could have locked their bedroom doors and gone to sleep, and not heard anything. The fact that they woke up around noon is not unusual for college students either.

    • @shh5627
      @shh5627 Рік тому +14

      I also read somewhere that the 2 surviving roommates had a room in the basement (not sure if accurate). They could have easily slept through their friends getting killed; especially if they were killed while sleeping. I'm thinking the killer may not have realized there were other people sleeping downstairs in the basement area----thank God. I also think the roommates slept in---not unusual for kids in their late teens/20's. Also, even if the roommates had gotten up, they may have simply assumed their roommates were sleeping in and didn't think anything of it.

    This is where the value of even a small dog can help. Any dog upon entering the home would know by scent that something was wrong. My neighbor had exactly that happen in their older, large home after they spent the day away. Once they came home, their dog kept sniffing the air and low growling. The husband recognized the danger and said to his wife in a coded voice, "we forgot to drop off the package to them". Both slowly but steadily exited the home. Once out, they called the police who were at first skeptical about an intruder based on their dog but to be safe, ran a police dog through the home. On the upper floor, two intruders were discovered hiding in a storage room. Both had firearms. Both were arrested and the police dog made another more thorough sweep throughout the house.

      They had a dog and their house was a known party house. People came and went regularly. They often left their sliding door unlocked and allot of people had the security code. I think because of the community being safe and no homicides in almost a decade, they felt very comfortable, evidently. Because they had a guy living there and there were many of them who lived together, they didn't have their guard up. They took very lax security measures if any at all. I heard these details from a reliable source and I believe them to be true. The dog didn't bark because it's conditioned to a house full of strangers at all hours.

It's possible it was an adult, but I really don't think so. I'd be curious if there are any kids home on break who have any unusual cuts/bruises or seem extra on edge (of course I mean in a different way than I'm sure every student there is feeling right now. The 911 call was made by a friend of Ethan Chapin. Evidently this friend and Ethan had made previous plans to meet up at Ethan's girlfriend's apartment on Sunday, 11/13. When the friend arrived he found the bodies. A lot of people are questioning why this friend told the 911 dispatcher someone was unconscious. If I had to guess, the poor kid was in a state of shock and hadn't wrapped his head around what had happened and/or what he saw when making the call to 911. I can't imagine the horror this kid went through.

    A teacher so distraught he can't teach his class..... yeah okay. Sure.
    It's either him or a neighbor who watched, stalked, waited and attacked when it was easiest to do so. Wasn't strong enough to attack without them all being drunk and passed out. In order to have so much blood without screams throats had to be cut first. That way, effectively if they did fight back they'd weaken with every second. A woman could have very easily done this, but more likely an incel who flunked out, couldn't get accepted into the academy and lives next door. Showing his worth to police by killing helpless weak defenseless people. Then running after the last one or up a fight. Thinking he was heard and afraid to get caught ran before he could finish what he started. This isn't over. Police won't find dna and he didn't bring his cell phone with him. So police won't know how to investigate. Because all they know is dna, cell tracking and waiting for someone to tell. They never solve their crimes. They have to wait for the public to do it for them.
