There was probably some contractual agreement for them being there (and in Camilla’s case, performing) to NOT film them during that performance. Especially since neither of them won/were up for winning anything

She probably thought they were starting something special and until she realized that she was just a rebound. Shawn claimed that they weren't together. So it's possible that he led her to believe that he was over Camila. So it probably hurt when the internet was celebrating that their ship "Camila Mendes" got back together while she was heartbroken

The VMA’s are so annoying when it comes to non-western artists. I’m so proud of Tyla for speaking up on all African music being grouped under Afrobeats. The same goes for Lisa winning under ‘Kpop’. Her song isn’t Korean pop. It’s an English song made independently by her own company. Lisa is Thai btw (which is what she was speaking at the end of her speach).

I think most people liked it.
No joke was the best awards period we had in a LONG time. It had that chaotic and creative energy we lost over the years.
@@biazacha It had everything that made award shows fun, plus 2024 is the year of music. Most of mainstream artists released music this year and they SERVED. Almost every album was amazing and I think that's what contributed to the success of the VMAS. I'm literally so excited for the Grammys.
