*Hey Everyone! Thanks again for all the support in helping bring this series to life! If you enjoyed this, or any of our other videos, consider sharing it around! Its free and it helps us a ton. Oh, and subscribe and like and all that good stuff. The more momentum we get behind these videos the more we're capable of continuing to make them. Love you guys!*
I don’t know what to say really… Every other youtuber puts out 10 minutes of shaky footage with bad audio and here you come and publish almost an hour of material that will challange everything on both BBC and NG. The audio and footage are superb and your narrative voice suits the story perfectly. I’m looking forward to follow whatever you put out in the future. Very well done booth of you! ❤️
Sometimes I wonder if you guys realize just how incredibly talented you both are as filmmakers, fisherman, and storytellers. Never pushing a narrative, never changing the focus of your films, never wavering in your relentless pursuit of true wilderness and what it takes to preserve it as such. What a great mentality you both possess - thanks for taking us along!
Absolutely blown away at the quality on every level here y’all. Seriously fantastic stuff. We’ve just started to dip our toes into mountain fishing on the west coast. I’ve got lots of salt water experience on the coast of Louisiana, but your videos are making me reaaallllyyy wanna do some more trout fishing!
Aahhhh-mazing cinematography and story telling!! Thanks for sharing your adventures with us in such a captivating way. Can’t wait for the next “episode!”
Just now getting around to watching these last two episodes and I just want to say thank you. For consistently creating content I look to, to get out of a hole I'm in. It gives me hope for my future and sometimes makes me feel like I'm less odd than everyone around me currently makes me feel. I appreciate you Aimee, Chase and Levi. I hope you are doing well
This video series is exceptional. Beautiful, educational and inspiring. I enjoy following your journey and thanks for such great content and inspiration.
Excellent, from a filmmaker to another, I love your trademark, your style and such a natural narration of the story of the last 18 months. Thanks for the content and keep going! Its inspirational.
OMG!!! This is way more than anything I've ever seen! National Geographics has nothing on you guys! Wow!! I'm still mesmerized..please keep me in that state of mind! I love it! .Its like a drug..and you both need to go on and on and on soI get my fix and all your followers! well.. ..ok. now… wheres my trout? LOL! You both are so cool! Tightlines and I'll be waiting om your next release.Take care and really, safe travels!
The thumbnail from your video caught my eye and I thought I'd give it a shot but didn't expect much and I figured it'd probably be a typical overlanding video... Needless to say I thoroughly enjoyed your video and the quality of your production so you got another subscriber! Great job and continue enjoying the adventure!
That was great 👍🏻 Anxious for the next episode. New Mexico is my old stomping grounds. I could show you some hidden gems of trout streams very few know about. Love this series
Fantastic cinematography as usual - just so much higher quality than most. Love how the manfrotto does double duty as the table leg! Go Westy caravan - such serendipity! Logging and cutting the tons of extra footage is a massive, invisible job and much appreciated!
This is incredible!! I’ve followed you guys forever on IG, but just discovered your channel today somehow. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the work that went into this. Looking forward to binging.
Interesting how a generation of some animals will experience a world devoid of humans because of Covid. They say Covid allowed nature to heal a little bit. Really enjoying the series, exceptional photography and editing. 👍
The two of you (fishing aside) are incredibly entertaining to watch. Not that I would ever encourage you guys to stop fishing on camera, that’s what got me started watching but what goes on behind the camera is priceless as well. I see a tiny house ( fishing home base)in you future, people would love it.
I just want to fricken hug y’all, have a beer with y’all, and throw a fly with y’all. Keep making the dope content! Still can’t believe how amazing that intro is.
The quality of your videos is just too good for UA-cam. Easily just as cinematic as anything on Netflix. I honestly don't understand how you can even be present when you put this much effort into your videos. I can't wait to watch the rest of the series and thank you for making it.
Amazing work as always. Really neat to see your view of places we've been recently as well. Just one bone to pick with you, though... next time you're 20 minutes away from where your cousins live, let us at least buy you lunch.
Absolutely beautiful as always. Fun fact: true silence is actually quite harmful, most people become nauseous within 30 mins of being in true silence. Weird right??
Great as usual, especially like seeing how you choose to capture places I've visited before. If you ever visit southern Oregon I got some places to show you, too.
Amazing, guys. Glad to see some new content! What kind of drone setup do you guys have? On my way to the merch store now! If anyone else is reading this, you should too!
I was surprised to find out in some of your early videos that we where neighbors when you lived in N.Attleboro. Your videography is incredible keep up the great work.
Man, I can't wait for your next episode. This series is amazing, and it looks 100% professional. I was able to head out to arizona this summer, and target those trout. I don't know if your talking about the apache or the gila, but either way, it'll be cool. I had 1 day on my vacation to target some gila, stocked in the east verde, but of course, we went the week where 4/7 days there is rain. The water was very muddy, and I talked to a few other fisherman, and nobody caught anything. I got skunked as well, and they all said the fish probably got washed downstream from the recent storms. Really missed out on my chance, cause for all I know that could have been once Ina lifetime for me, but I couldn't do anything about it. At least I will get to see some amazing footage of the fish I dream about. Thanks for that
And the award for most nasally voice hahah just kidding man I heard you say that on a podcast. I think you sound great!! Really glad I found your channel guys. Keep up the great work 😀
Well, I'd hope you're here for us, and our story telling, because there's plenty of better places to get fatty trout. Trust me, I don't want to talk about the pandemic anymore than you do, but it's part of our story, for better or worse. The trout, and the drawings, return in the next episode!
I love watching your videos and documentation of the incredible landscape we live in! Keep up the fantastic work! Peace...from your neighbor in Mansfield, MA!
High praise. We’re lucky enough to call Rolf a friend, and it’s our belief that he’s unparalleled in the fly fishing film world. There’s a lot of great filmmakers out there doing really great things, but none are as interesting as Rolf. He’s a true genius. Check out a film Big Land if you haven’t already, Rolf composed several original songs for it!

Legendary!

Fun fact: true silence is actually quite harmful, most people become nauseous within 30 mins of being in true silence. Weird right??
Wow! Amazing story telling. The lizard & roadrunner scenes were great. Ever consider Nat Geo as a backup career? haha
You both are very beautiful souls ❤️
Good stuff!
Great as usual, especially like seeing how you choose to capture places I've visited before. If you ever visit southern Oregon I got some places to show you, too.
You guys need to come check out the San Luis valley in southern Colorado. And Bishop's Castle in Rye Colorado.
Amazing, guys. Glad to see some new content!
What kind of drone setup do you guys have?
On my way to the merch store now! If anyone else is reading this, you should too!

Yalls production quality truly is top notch!
But I may ask….how many GB was this video file?!?😂
I feel privileged to watch content of this quality on a platform like UA-cam. Look out David Attenborough!

Ever look into doing the Subaru engine swap? You can also buy a crate vw engine for 3k
I love how Aimee is the pseudo star of these films
это очень круто!
The more you lower the volume the better the video gets.
You’re on a roll.
Yeeeeeeessssssaaaaaaah
The editing... oh man.... Hope you get well soon and in the mean time take it easy
❤
In here for fatty trout not news clippings. More trout drawings plz.

Amazing footage! But as far as trout fisheries that peak in the winter...thanks for not exposing the ice fishing enjoyed by the northerners.
Hope you are both well and happy !!! ... I'm not ... miss you !
First! ❤️
I love watching your videos and documentation of the incredible landscape we live in! Keep up the fantastic work! Peace...from your neighbor in Mansfield, MA!
Is this called the rare trout chronicles because you rarely fish for trout? I have to give you a dislike.
These videos are in the top of fishing content on here along with @Rolf Nylinder. Check him out of you enjoy this
