She didn't put test paper's instead she inserts tests in punch code which is a computing languages.

Margie mother send for the county inspector because she was performing worse and worse in her test given by the mechanical teachers. So the mother was very disappointed and may have thought that something was wrong with the mechanical teacher. Thus, called for the county Inspector
