- A huge update today with a lot of game-changing additions. I gotta say, I am very impressed. The new tasks are finally deviating from the fetch quests that have plagued the game for so long and adding that little more gameplay. Super excited to experience eliminating rivals with all the new changes in place - feels like it will finally put to test all the mechanics the Dev has implemented over the years.

About the cat opening doors
Maybe these doors are like those very loose ones so the cat simply headbutts them open
I feel like the part where the entire school is where it's impossible to find a place to get the rivals vulnerable should be something that only happens in later ones. Because it feels like it's from level 1 straight to level 5, but at the same time it does make it so the player has to think a little
I think Kaguya is the only one that has an intentionally designed vulnerable window.
rivals 1-3 have vulnerable moments, but after that you have to put in more work which is exactly how the game should be
all the rivals seem so nice and sweet (except for the rich girl) :(

I believe that she very much humble because she got to where she is due to her efforts and success.
Ritsuko is rich bc of her family, therefore she is who she is.

Something i noticed while playing the update is that even if you're far far away from any student they will notice if you take out a weapon or see a corpse. It does feel more challenging

I love the new updates! Both you and yandere dev did amazing jobs, making the game and spending time to make a video about new updates and concepts for us ❤️

I think the update is nice, but the dialogue is so hand-holdy. I don't think anyone would say "You'd need to raise your Physical Stat" out loud to anyone ever
Not to mention YanDev's solution for fixing rival vulnerability is placing people everywhere unnaturally. It makes sense, but I wish it felt more natural and true-to-life
Makes me question what the point was of implementing all those personality types if he will just place random NPC's in the hallways and call that the solution.
@@ReubenThePig080 Some of the prerequisites for the 80s rivals seem pretty bad also. If you joined the music club and left it before the rival showed up, new players wouldn’t have had any clue they’d just locked themselves out of befriending her. The concept is nice, but I don’t think it was thought through enough.
@@plainmilkie The Dev did address that in the blog or maybe on Discord. I believe the initial concept for Ai's was that you either have to be in the Light Music Club *or* be friends with the club members.
Maybe he just ran out of time to add it, but I do hope he adds it soon since stuff like Ritsuko's or Chigusa's can be hard to get in one week (for example).

Hey, yknow what'd be cool for the regular story mode with Ayano? If you left a rival live, let's say Osana, and did her befriend/betray mission, then you could have them to a specific thing that only that rival could do to advance your goal.
For example, if Osana lived, maybe she could perform a special interaction like calling someone a baka and distracting a crowd. Or Amai could offer sweets and call other students to her cooking. Idk, just some fun ideas~

I did get the S+ ending in this update and tbh it isn't that hard if you know the game's mechanics
@@ardadeluxe Most likely you did not enable the challenge. Did you select "start" with the arrows, or did you press Q and start the game? You can’t get rank S+ if you don’t matchmake the ninth rival, and for this you need to make friends with her by violating the challenge.

I cant do the model's task bc I'm not "seductive".. how do i level up my seduction? I'm on week 9 and my level is literally 0 ..
You need to update your game then grab some cloth in the sewing room, sew a bikini, put it on in the locker room and then speak to Chigusa (the model).
I'm still here wondering how that little cat can managed to open the doors lol.
