That’s right! Imma hit up a tournament tonight. Instead of Newgate and double copy of ace just ran a single copy of ace took out one +2000 luffy and added 3 violas to block and manipulate their life for the end game and added another Ivan .Maybe I’ve just been getting lucky, but the blockers helped me a lot.😮

It’s the worse matchup for the deck in my experience. It’s still winnable because Bonney can be a bricky mess but most decks in this format have a hard counter.
I dont really get 0 copies of the searcher event. Why did you decide ultimately that you didnt want it? Like you said if you find sabo you win and it helps ensure you find sabo. Sounds like a no brainer but clearly its not necessary
It’s really only useful on turn 1 or 2 and I feel it is a dead card afterwords ( and bottom decks moria/other useful cards ). You can definitely run it if you want the consistency aspect, the deck is super tight on deck space though and I felt like it was the weakest card atm.

how do you feel about the bonney matchup? when i play it, it often times feel unwinnable especially after the zoro comes down

It will be good into OP08 but it’s not the easiest deck in the game ( and doesn’t play like a standard deck either ).
