I need to learn how to do that. I've emulated Toast, learning people's tasks and being able to check to see who's faking stuff. So I make a very terrifying detective if I'm allowed to be left alive. On the other hand, I can't quite nail down the activity needed to present that same facade as an imposter.

Anthony Thomas which lock you put the key into is based on which player you are. So the first player will always be the top left key, the second will always be the key below that. The order which the names are listed in meetings is also based on which player you are, so toast just matched those two things up and Rae and Poki’s didn’t match up.

In the voting screen players are arranged like this:
1 - 2
3 - 4
5 - 6
7 - 8
9 - 10
Then the keyholes are arranged in this order:
1 - 6
2 - 7
3 - 8
4 - 9
5 - 10
So if someone says they had a keyhole that doesn't match their player #, you know they're lying.

For eg. If you are leader (you entered at 1st position) then you will have 1st key
And if you are the 10th person to enter the lobby
Then you will get the 10th key.

HERE'S THE ALGORHYTHM!
You don't even need to remember the entering of the lobby. If nobody is dead, the order of the players on the voting board (rows before columns!) matches with the key positions (columns before rows)!
By knowing this, you could know where you key is even as an impostor!
If someone's dead already, it's a bit more complicated: on the voting board dead players are moved to the last position (bottom right). You have to figure out the dead player's key position and add one up to all players behind him in the order.

So for example if red is the first player on the top left of the voting board then he should have the top left key, the second person on the voting board that’s on the top right will have the second key on the left column.

I actually tried to do this in a public lobby, caught both imposters, one was voted out, I had no emergency calls left and then the other imposter went on a rampage and won. Nobody emergency called.

Just to explain this for others who may not know: He knows because Rae and Poki gave the wrong position. Rae should be Second, third, or fourth key on the left. Poki should be first, second, or third key on the right. If Toast took count of who joined the lobby when, he would know exactly what the position should be and not have to guess this margin of error.
Your key position is predetermined on lobby join based on what order you joined in, and your position in the discuss board is also based on this as well, the host is always top left.

Base on my observation, key positioning in-game is suppose to be like this

And their positioning is based on Left-Right at the Discussion/Meeting Table, like this: (See Positions: 1:22)

Ash is most probably 6 to 10 which is the difficult part to be observed, but fortunately since we all know Toast is at 5 and he’s on 5th key so first 5 are most likely be accurate in the Discussion/Meeting Table but it’s unfortunate we can’t guarantee if 6 to 10 is accurate since Ash died
So according to this experiment
Myth & Syanne was indeed telling the truth about their keys, however Poki and Rae on the other-hand doesn’t add up, because y’see
it’s like this on the given information from Toast from the players
1 Myth | 6
2 Poki? | 7
3 | 8
4 Syanne | 9 Rae?
5 Toast | 10
Rae was supposed to be ONLY at the 3rd keyhole, at the Center-Left
And Poki’s key is supposed to be somewhere at the 8th or 9th keyhole(Center-Right or 2nd Buttom-Right) but never below at 7th keyholes & never at the 10th keyhole
Like I said Poki & Rae doesn’t add up, and Toast figured it out, and their given informations are enough to figure who the Imposters are

The key trick:
Left keyholes top to bottom are 1-5, and right keyholes top to bottom are 6-10.
The order of keys for people within the discussion/voting tablet is as follows:
Top left person is key 1, top right person is key 2, second top left person is key 3, and so on (zig zag pattern). You simply count and make sure which keyhole matches up with which.
For example, the second person to join the lobby would be top right on the voting screen and would theoretically have the second keyhole on the left side of the keyholes (I say theoretically cuz that person may be imposter).

It wasn't clever though he just used an exploit and cheesy way to win, the order of the keys is the order people join in and since he hosts he knows the order, so if anyone lies you can tell instantly and he didn't tell them about that so they would lie, it's an exploit not intelligence.

@@L3li3es no that isn't clever remembering 9 things is not difficult, and remembering 9 letters are you telling me if somebody listed 9 letters you couldn't remember them? He could also just type them out, he didn't have to remember everyone's slots either you can process of elimination the slots you know they couldn't be judging by which side of the table they spawned on, that isn't clever it's cheesy.
Sykkuno is literally rarely ever wrong when voting someone. Even when Toast convinces everyone else, Sykkuno is the last one to crack!

Sykkuno has a nice intuition but he plays very passive so he rarely has info and at times the first to be convinced by toast is sykkuno it is rae that always doubts him
Sykkuno has a lot of info and thinks out loud during his streams and usually gets it right...
I mentally scream at him bc he has a lot of evidence against the impostors (sometimes even from the first round) but he just won’t say it
@@Rohit-om3yz I don't think you ever really watched Sykkuno's streams. Like the other person said, he actually always has info, always, but either doesn't say it right away just to give the impostor another chance and then gets killed, or he says it and then gets gaslit way too quickly. And for the Toast part, if you watched the actual streams, Sykkuno doesn't really "simp" for Toast all that much. Sure, he doesn't kill him first but that's it. I think Toast actually managed to trick Sykkuno like once. He's a smart dude who plays a dumb character.
Toast often says in his streams when he dies "Sykkuno is pretty smart he figured it out, he's just dragging it" etc. and it always turns out to be the truth in the end.

Unless he is just so big brain, that the second half of that mantra was supposed to be that brown yellow and red were together in a seperate part of the map where he saw them. Like the first three were one group, and the second was another group in another location and red was just there as well

For those that don’t know the first key on the left corresponds to the top left player in the meeting and then the second key on the left respond to the second (top right) player in the meeting, and so on, with the bottom right key spot belonging to the bottom right player in the meeting. This doesn’t work once people start dying because dead people move to bottom of meeting and mess up the order, but Rae and poki here said key slots way off from what it should have been based on their meeting positions.
But wasn’t toast key bottom left and in the meeting he was left middle? (not trying to call you out just confused)
@@j_onti23 In keys it goes top to bottom but in meeting it goes left to right. Myth is first in meeting so he gets first key left side. Next is GWEEK who gets left side 2nd spot below Myth. Rae is 3rd so she gets the spot below GWEEK which is left side 3rd spot/left middle (but she says right side 4th spot instead). Next is Syanne at left side 4th spot. Toast is 5th so he gets left side 5th spot/bottom left. And so on. Poki should have been right side 3rd spot but instead said left side 4th spot, the one above Toast.
But like David Hunter said, some positions get messed up when someone dies. You can memorize the arrangement of who joined the lobby which is a more surefire way, but that's a little bit more difficult.
Jacob Ontiveros the top left key position is top left in meeting, the second key on the left is top right in meeting then the third key spot is second on left for meeting and so on... Pretty much Toast was fifth on the key spot and he was fifth on the meeting spot. You get it?
