Absolutely gorgeous! I'm always fascinated by the flying in the British Isles, the low clouds, the ready thermals, the spectacular patchwork topography, and the abundance of pilots! Very envious of the grassy launches and landings. My Labor Day flycation in Colorado was spoiled by a twisted ankle landing on my 1st flight on day one. Hit some sink about 10 feet up. I've pounded in much harder many times before, but for some reason my right ankle buckled despite my Hanwag paragliding boots, which undoubtedly saved me from worse injury. Not looking forward to weeks of recovery.
We are lucky with the beauty of the UK, plus being so close to the Alps and Spain. Oh no what a pain for you. It’s such a fine line sometimes but you’ll hopefully recover soon. I hope you weren’t on a remote launch on your own and could hobble to the car. Get well soon.

@@MikeJTPG There were a few pilots about. I was 100 feet from a road and about a mile from my car. I caught a ride after an hour of waiting.
