I can't feel that Vivaldi is at his best here. By the time the second movement starts, I'm already tired of the alternating tempo gimmick and he doesn't do anything to develop it beyond reverse the order of the sections. That doesn't mean it's a waste of time to listen to, however. The chamber concerto that you uploaded yesterday is much more colorful and creative.
