I remember the other duplication glith but only works on the minecraft 1.16.4 On this version you can put your items in shulkerbox,give it baby piglin and when you kill him your items is duplicated
Better way for 1.21.1: Get a shulker box and put the stuff you wanna duplicate in a shulker box, then go to the nether and when you step out wait 10 seconds, exit and make a copy (can corrupt if doing it wrong or sometimes right) then go back in the original world, drop the item and wait 10 seconds again then Force close the game then repoen, then if you did the steps right you should have a shulker box in your inventory and one on the ground with the duplicated items Sorry for the long message hope this helps!
Use damaged anvil to save level.. and better put it in chest, u can get hundred items that way.. but make sure both chest and your inventory is full...

You can also dup stuff with a beacon,it only works with items that can go into stacks. Just have one of that item then press it repeatedly.
