Nice, by the way that’s the 4th rarest race in the game, so your pretty lucky. They are moth people (indicated by the antennae) and they have a special passive where you release wing dust to mark a player who tries to escape from you.
It’s if they hit you.Which means they probably aren’t trying to escape.
