Great to see Verdine White, Philip Bailey and Ralph Johnson together still keeping this incredible band alive. They are my number 1 BAND and have been since 1976's 'Saturday Night' and 'Getaway'. That great album 'All 'n' All' was truly incredible with their marvellous 'In the Stone'. RIP Maurice and Fred x

EWF is greatest band of all time. Seeing them with 2 drummers on this video totally reminds me of the very early days of EWF when Ralph Johnson and Fred White were the 2 drummers.

If you look at what kiss is doing presently then you’ll realize that EWF is at least giving real music..if I had half the drive Verdine has I’d be a monster..Give EWF their due respect!!!
My first introduction to EWF was with their last days and time album. I was 8yrs old and I have never let them go. They are my number one band for LIFE.

Verdine (sp) has been one of my favorites from this band! I love his funky bass play! He has such a deep voice too! Thank you for this!

No, this is not the same band as it was when Maurice was alive; however, it is still going strong. I believe vocals are missing because back in the day, AL McKay was singing and playing with then, Larry Dunn and Vance Taylor was playing with them. Let 's just enjoy the show because it takes a lot to put on a production of this nature. If they read the comments and embrace constructive feedback, they will eventually up their game and change the lineup to make it more of what is was in the past.

First time I heard Phillips voice not be able to hit those high notes, no worry youngster took over. Well Phillip been singing those incredible highs for close to 50 years.. He can take a break and back off. Still he’s the greatest falsetto that ever lit a mic. (Well Eddie Kendrick’s) but that’s a different style altogether.. I’ve seen them live 3 times and they delivered a great concert . Oh I have the albums, cassettes, had the eight tracks, and concert DVD’s. (remember Sgt Peppers Lonely band and they Got to get you back into my life on this huge disc- like a record). Now that’s neat..LB Monday January 2,2023
I saw EWF perform this past October, and they were so incredible! Such an amazing show ~ all of us in the amphitheater that night were totally in the groove. Brought back such wonderful memories from the early 70’s. Have followed their music to present ... so seeing them live was quite special (envy you seeing three!). Philip and his 4 octave level was there, just not like the power he once had ... still awesome to hear him and all of them perform. And Verdine, Love him! 🎸 Philip’s son fits in quite well, love how he interacts on stage with the other members, and audience ... tremendous energy ~ beautiful voice. I see a difference in Philip’s voice from Oct. 22’s concert and this one, more hoarse and a little difficulty in reaching his high falsetto. I think this tour was a very active one ... I’m sure it has taken a toll on them. Overall, so thankful that Earth Wind & Fire has shared their God given talent, a blessing to us all. Such fantastic musicians, thankful for all their music from my childhood to today. Thank you EWF ♥️🎸🎤🎷🎺

That is not true! I heard him in September live and he hit all those notes effortlessly too at that! His Voice tired from touring for a year!!!!!! He just needs vocal rest and he will be hitting them high notes effortlessly! I am amazed he still able to hit those notes and his vocal endurance for a year plus touring.
Totally disagree. My wife and I saw them (3rd row center) at Tanglewood, Lenox, Massachusetts and they were amazing 🤩! No one sat down from being to end. Singing, dancing and cheering 👏👏👏. Hi Energy 💥 .
