CollectiveGalaxy i know hyper changes color, but he is usually thought of as being light blue or white, and maybe the sprite creator didnt want to make all those color changes, aaaaaand super sonic blue is electric blue. Also he isnt canon. Hes just the sonic version of a form of super saiyan
