I want to feel understood, so I make others feel understood, because I'm aware that psychological illnesses can result from neglection, which is what I also feel. This mentality makes me want to strive harder to become a psychologist.

It's always the small things that make the biggest impact folks. A small act of consideration can go a long way, by the same logic, even just the least of many offenses can affect others greatly in the long run.
Health is wealth but you need wealth to be healthy.

True. . . Me too . The only way is self treatment nalang. If alam natin na iba na yung feelings and actions hmmm know how to control and handling situation or libang para di matuluyan . Hayss life.

Hello, I've been planning to consult to a Psychiatrist because i know to myself that I'm not fine. And i know rin na there's something wrong with me. Kaso wala pa akong pambayad hahahaha I hope soon.
Hello watching from negross.. Dahil sa lockdown last year nag vlog na din ako about my anxiety depression.. Now i already overcome no more medication.. Ung psychiatrist ko nka base sa makati med consultation palang ang mahal na.. At sa polymedic boni Station.. Sana ok ka na rin ngaun.. Godbless

Hi ate marlina i hope ur doing fine na. 2 years na din pala nung una kitang makikila dahil sa vlog mo na ito and i keep on coming back para e binge watch mga vids mo about your journey. I am finally considering to see a professional pero online nadin ngayon. And napansin ko din na walang time limit yung session nyo ng psych mo. Nag inquire kasi ako online and 1hr lang daw per session. Feeling ko ang onting time nun tapos ang mahal ng fee. :(( Anyway im so happy for u ate. Nakaktuwang mapanood kang ok and happy

My parents don't believe in mental health. Lagi lang ako sinasabihan na mag dasal at mani wala sa Diyos. Pero kahit ano gawin ko di sya nag wowork parang mas lumalala pa, gusto ko talaga mag pa check up pero wala ako sariling pera

Saw your vid when, I was looking for help para makaipon po ako ng pampacheck up ng kuya ko na mya Bipolar syndrome associated with psychotic symptoms. Super mahal po talaga ng medication and check up ng mental illness.
Nagpa psychiatrist ako dati online lng sobrang saglit lang din parang di ko feel na gusto nya ko tulangan. Parang mag pprescribe lang sya tas magsset sya ng next appointment tapos ang mahal pa per session nakakaloka talaga 3k lalo kang madedepress pag ganon.

ask ko lang po ilang oras po yung inaabot ninyo pag nag coconsult kayo? inaabot po ba ng 8hrs per day?
Naiiyak na ako sa sitwasyon ko ngayon. Grabe yung intrusive thoughts, ocd ko. Wala namang malapit na psychiatrist dito samin tyaka wala ding budget. Ang hirap talaga maging mahirap. Legit. :(

Maayos sa lahat ng parte ng bhày. Minsan gusto kong bumukod n magisa para hindi na ako na upset sa mga kasama ko sa bahay.

I'm here to know if kaya ng budget ko ang pagpunta or session sa Psychiatrist. I wanna be better, I'm in so much pain inside and I'm tired of hurting myself unintentionally. Nakakalungkot dahil di ko masabi sa family ko kasi di sila naniniwala na may kagaya kong may labis na pagkalungkot. I wanna be better and di ko alam kung paano. Please if merong magsa-suggest ng murang clinical sessions around metromanila, thank you.

Ayaw ko po talaga pero yung parents ko, nagpaappointment na po :( Pwede po ba na nasa labas parents po the whole session? Hindi po kasi ako comfortable na andon sila. And diba po, pwede na hindi nila sabihin sa parents ko yung mga sinabi ko po? Because of patient's privacy? 19 years old na po ako. Thank you po!
You have a control Kung anong pwede nilang sabihin sa parents mo you have the privacy and all the things you say is discreet you don't have to worry 😊

paano po pag hindi mo na makalimutan lagi na po nasa isip ko yung nangyari sakin kahit kalimutan ko ayaw po talaga
Maybe you need to see a doctor na. Nakakabaliw na talaga minsan pag ayaw umalis ung Hindi mo dapat isipin. Pray lang din po Kay god. Kahit panu mababawasan Ang sakit..
