Subha, I followed your tutorial and in one week, I could drape madisar without having to constantly play and replay your video! I’m so thrilled that I wore it by myself for a puja at home and felt most comfortable too. Thank you, my dear! Your step by step instructions are superb.
The most clear and sensible video of madisar I have watched till date in last 5 years, and I have watched at least 50 videos in desperation to learn the proper way without any tricks n shortcuts and modern day belt n in-skirt jugads. All the paattis' videos are obviously authentic however they lack the finesse and clearcut steps. They invariably demonstrate on someone else which leads them being confused about turning and tucking half way through to drape on someone else rather than themselves. Your video addressed all the points exactly where I was stuck at, like telling the right way up of the saadi (which is on the opposite side of the 6 yards) in the beginning itself, getting V shape for the pleat on the knee, shifting the saadi from front to back with correct border showing up on either side on the back, getting the loose pallu tucked in after pleating on the right shoulder.. 👍👍❤ Thank you so much for taking efforts to identify the tricky steps where new people like us can get confused and solving those trouble areas.. 🙏

I always used to wonder how to do pleats for 9yards. I am always used to.leaving it free and adjusting the shoulder on and off the traditional way. Your video cleared my doubts. Thank you.

Please see if it is useful to make this better. 1. கொசுவாம் வைக்கும்பொழுது, கொஞ்சம் left leg ankle கு கீழ தழஞ்சு, வந்தால் இன்னமும் நல்லது. பின்னால் கால் தெரியும் மாதிரி தூக்குவது குறையும். கச்சம் போட்ட பிரகு தூக்காது. Hope you could understand .... 2. Back ல கச்சம் right side ல முன்னால சொருகிட்டு, give one twist, அப்போ V shape கூட நன்னா வரும் and will not get stuck in the front. 12:20

All tips useful and nice explanations.. One more item may be added.. After kacham, the first wrapping to cover the right knee and the next wrapping should cover the left knee. This will ensure the ease of walking, sitting etc.and will give a nice v shape.. ie in any sutru, both the knees should not be covered..
