Great video, You actually inspired me to start shooting sports rather than just travel and landscapes. Now I'm shooting MLS games locally but I'm trying to create content like this! Keep up the phenomenal work!
Top job s always Mark. When you do a video about your goal cam, can you talk about exposure compensation as I know I struggled with that when I first started. Also, where did you get the ISDN line and splitter?
Thanks Lee, appreciate that. I grabbed my cable and splitter from Amazon. Exposure wise I just set the remote up on AWB and just set a happy medium on the exposure, so I know I can adjust easy enough if needed later on in post👍🏻
Thanks for these videos Mark! Would you consider showing us at some point images of a the brief you are working to? Obviously redacted to keep personal and client details private.
I watched this game, great to see some of your images. You mentioned recording a video about setting up behind goal camera etc, I would be really interested to know how to do this Mark, so look forward to seeing that 😀
Hi mark, looking to get into sports photography more seriously and I was just wondering if you could do a video where you go over the software you use and the process for uploading photos to clients at the match
I have been taking motocross photos for a couple. Years and just started doing football and wanted to know, how many pictures do you take at a game? As I walk away with anywhere between 600 & 800 pictures, using D750 & Nikon 70-200 f2.8
With two bodies I shoot around 1500 pics a game. Since I mark all the keepers during the game, I ingest between 120 to 180 pictures into Photomechanic. And those will be culled down to about 60 to 80.
Great insight to sports photography, thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching, appreciate your support👍🏻
As always I am taking notes to bring up my game. Thanks Mark

Ah that’s great to hear👍🏻 Would love to have a go at an MLS match! Thanks for watching👍🏻
Thanks Mark. Your videos always help a lot. Especially the explanation of your settings.
I shoot only high school sports (US) and I really enjoy your videos.
As always, a thorough, interesting behind the scenes look of a pro at work.
Thanks Mark!
Thanks for watching👍🏻
I'm at Elland Road(not with the cameras) this Wednesday buddy..

Hallo Mark i need a bigger Camara bag witch on r you using (Brand name)
I’m using a Tenba Axis 30ltr back pack at the moment. Perfect size for all the little extra kit that sports requires👍🏻
On average how many shots do you submit after a game?
