Hello Ma'am. I tried protein-protein docking by ClusPro. But I got the results having chain A only although I uploaded separate Receptor and Ligand PDB files. Please help so that I can do the docking. As I said, only chain A is visible because ClusPro is "joining" the receptor and ligand pdb files.

I am sorry Madam, but presentation could have been made far better. Being your first video, you are just reading from the presentation slides in the initial part of the video. Too much of text on the slides without actually giving a proper orientation to the content being presented in your lecture, explaining what the contents mean. I would have appreciated you giving suitable examples for so that starters could understand the content better! Is it that I am the only one to hear two voices in the presentation?
