This really loses its power when they removed the screaming violins / brass... It's probably because it isn't Werehog anymore, but still after hearing the original theme for so long, this feels so empty.
Unleashed : Great climax against a furious Eggman bent on killing Sonic, and deservedly got tore down by him. Generations : Crap on-rail running, tiresome 2D perspective, annoying as hell quotes, no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Me encanta el hecho de que tanto unleashed cómo generations es la última batalla antes de pasar al jefe final (aunque en forces no es el caso).
_reading through comments talking about this boss's difficulty_
*chuckles* I'm in danger
*according to what i hear*
Huh...

Also Me: *TIME FOR A CHANGE OF PASTE*
It's like the original theme. But is just for sleeping
Fun fact: this is more speed based while unleashed is more heavy based, gives the detail that eggman tried to change the egg dragoon to speed just to find out he's battling normal sonic
How to defeat any Boss in any game:
Step 1: turn off game's music
Step 2: play this
Step 3: release all your frustation on that boss (extra effective if you hate tgat Boss)
Done, now you bullied the boss
Tysm, This Helped Me!
I am very, very glad the Egg Dragoon was the penultimate boss for this game since **spoiler alert** :
The time eater wasn’t a great final boss, the Egg Dragoon honestly made up for it.
Egg Dragoon (Light version)
“Time for a change of pace.”
1:15 not Dr eggman tryna paralyze me with this peak before I beat him
“Please eggman this is the 2763rd tine you changed the pace, PLEASE just shut u-“
“TIME FOR A CHANGE OF PACE!”
2763 you say?
The best and most fun boss in the game!
Comment 845, generations nostalgia
I love generations and unleashed
Yo same
the boss battle most difficult of sonic generation, with 3d run zones, 2d run zones, wall jump zones and freefall zones, you pay atention to any change.
The best part is 3:50-4:05. It feels the most moody.
This really loses its power when they removed the screaming violins / brass... It's probably because it isn't Werehog anymore, but still after hearing the original theme for so long, this feels so empty.
By far the greatest Eggman boss fight in the franchise.
getting an s rank on hard mode was hell
Meh... Knew worse tbh.
I feel like this has some of Death egg's theme in there, i love it
Sonic Unleashed: Nighttime Sonic
Sonic Generations: Daytime Sonic
Unleashed : Great climax against a furious Eggman bent on killing Sonic, and deservedly got tore down by him.
Generations : Crap on-rail running, tiresome 2D perspective, annoying as hell quotes, no sense of urgency whatsoever.

Nobody
Absolutely nobody
Not even the time eater himself
Eggman every 5 second in this boss battle: *”TIME FOR A CHANGE OF PACE”*
The sonic team put this boss... WE DONT HAVE DARK GAIA
Charlie Blackout We already had Perfect Chaos, so imo, it would've felt too similar.
Archon95 - exactly plus how would that fight even work unless they bring chip back
The fact that we meet it again in sonic forces, a totally recent game, is precious
We do?
Nvm yes we do i forgor this time classic beats it.
we meet it in forces
and it sucks ass lmao
Separation - Attack
Ohhhh, do not get me STARTED on this boss fight! The number of tries it took me to whup this boss!
no matter how bad some of games have turned out(not generations or colors of course) the music they make has always been impressive
Personally I think Unleashed was better than both Generations and Colors.
EZ64 same. so much faster too.
+EZ64 yeah. The graphics and the fact its probably the fastest - paced Sonic game out there (idk if that makes sense) i think is something pretty much everyone can agree is good about the game. I've not gotten far into the game but from what I've seen, the original boss is completely different from the one in Generations. I think the main difference is that you play as the werehog, which already completely changes the fight since you will have all the speed bits (pretty much everything) taken out and replaced to fit into the werehog gameplay if you know what I mean
Colors Is Bad
@@TheZavinskiStories I daresay Unleashed was a bit TOO fast...
The best parts are 0:53 and 3:28 in my opinion.
The techno instrument in the song is so damn GOOD
Time for a change of pace!
-Eggman
Ik they had that but ong removing some of the side instruments of the theme makes it dull than Unleashed and a missed opportunity to also make this boss more challenging in Generations
Peak sonic ost imo
Seriously. Are you kidding me?
Destroy the Badniks - Hive Sonic [July 25, 2021 Event]
Welp I now forget everything
Except 1: Parkour Clear
The hardest and the best battle in the game. The final one is just confusing.
I actually didn't beat the game for a whole year because of this boss.
