    OMG! Thank You! It has been ages since I was in Troy, I use to live on Congress Street back in the early sixty's & went to St. Frances De Sales school that was across from the park & church. Suck a beautiful remembrance again Thank You.

    *is Watervliet a nice area? I’ve always heard it’s not but I wasn’t sure if it’s coming up now that Troy is?*

      It is quite small area, just next to Troy. So it more feel like extension of Troy' suburbs .
