I love the old ships. Like you said Jay, the decor is so unique and fun. There is always something to see. Plus, there seems to be more places to sit on these ships.
I personally can't do an interior incase the ship starts going down I would be scared of getting trapped. But if I didn't have that fear, I would love to book them. I usually cruise alone, interiors seem cozy and affordable.
Good day J & D Brenda from Canada here... on Saturday have a couple strawberry margaritas for my birthday for me have a blast and keep on vlogging on! Have fun you crazy kids I will be watching!
ProDeeJay I know this is an oldie but I just love the way you cover every place you go! I'm on the Freedom in 7 days! You guys make me want it to be tomorrow!
Jay you in the disco at the end was life!!!! My husband and I actually made it on the sail away party footage. Give your girl a shout out during AMBER COVE day where we should have hung out together!!!!! Waaaaa lol
It was so fun to see this old ship through your eyes! It seems to have a lot of character, for sure. The dancing looked like fun; great job with editing, Editing Jay! I especially liked the pole dancing part, LOL!
Hilarious! I’m starting from the end. You two were getting your grove on! That does seems like a vintage ship now days, but still plenty of fun. Love the pony tail Dee and the mushroom socks Jay!
Thank you for the quick tour of the Carnival Freedom. I was supposed to be on her for my Alaska cruise but they switched to the Splendor. So happy to get a chance to view her after all. I just love the character and charm of the older ships. 😍
We were on Freedom June 2019 out of Galveston and was supposed to be on it again this June for Alaska but they changed our ship to Splendor. Loved Freedom and we were in ocean view room 1355 super close to your room. Love watching your videos and wish you were on Splendor to Alaska on the June 7th cruise instead of the July cruise your on.
I was on the Freedom back in October. Of the four cruises I've been on since the restart(2 on Mardi Gras, 1 on Freedom and 1 on Magic), Freedom was my favorite.
I’m getting all the Glory vibes!!! Our last cruise was in early April on the Glory, and I’m getting all verklempt seeing the same style ship! (Side note: we had an amazing time in a large part because of y’all. Thank you for what you do!!!) By the way, the peacock-themed club above the aft dining room is Bar Blue. 😉
oooo we'll be on the freedom this year, excited to see this series! Love the older carnival ships so much "personality" as you say. Also lovvvveeeee the alliteration on your sections.
Morning you 2, this is my favourite class of ship... I sailed the Freedom in the Med when she was new... so fun! So, have you found your casino game???
Funny, our “hot” machines would change from ship to ship. Enchanted Princess was Buffalo Gold and Star Watch Jungle. Carnival Freedom was AmeriCoins. Celebrity Edge was Wicked Winnings 2 and Triple Double Diamond, hah!!
It changes every night, and comes with three small main dishes with a dish of rice on the first plate, and the second plate is typically garnishes and sauces!! :D
Darn it i never got to get on the freedom in Galveston back in 2019 due to the darn coof they canceled my cruise.. well at least my favorite cruisers get to enjoy her.
We actually enjoy the darkness of the interior while sleeping and it seems to help control the temperature of the cabin as well, not having a window or door. We don’t mind it a bit!! :D
@@parodeejay I don't know :( The fact that more than one ship has it going on makes me concerned it could be a forever thing though. Let's hope not! One of my favorites.
You mentioned you have seen the welcome aboard show before. Is that show the same in all carnival ships? Also, is it "usually" at the same times on the first night, in your experience. (I understand that activities can change)
Your app issues reminded me of something I have been wondering. Is it possible to cruise these days without using the app? One thing I love about a cruise is disconnecting from the world, I'm dreading the idea of having to carry my phone to interact with the ship when I cruise Carnival later in the year. Oh and great video as always!
The Funtimes cruise letter is placed in your cabin daily with a list of the days activities and events. Bring a highlighter to cover the activities you wish to see and participate in. Paper menus are available at your request in the MAIN dining Rooms (MDR) and specialty dining areas. I enjoyed the app but I agree, carrying my cellphone everywhere was tedious. I also worried I would leave it behind! Enjoy your cruise!
Depends on your citizenship and the start/end ports of the cruise, but for US citizens on a closed loop cruise, a birth certificate and photo identification is usually fine. We always travel with passports just to make things easier though!! :D
Omg! Jay at the club 🤣🤣
You guys crack me up
I love the old ships. Like you said Jay, the decor is so unique and fun. There is always something to see. Plus, there seems to be more places to sit on these ships.
Jay you've been holding back on us with those dance moves! No going back now! #indaclub 🙂👏🏾
❤️ love the Alice in wonderland socks 🧦 of the day!
My favorite ship. Been on her twice (giggity) which includes my very first cruise.
glad to see your dance a thon
I am in love with the older ships. So happy to see this class.
I saw Jay’s shirt, I saw the #1 and I knew it was ANOTHER CRUISE!! Let the fun begin!
I get on Freedom in July for a five day then will be on the Celebration in January. I cant wait
Blue Iguana taco salad hack: when they're out of taco bowls, I hand them a bowl from the buffet. 👍🏻👍🏻
We’re on the horizon for 8 days tomorrow… one of these days we’re gonna run into you two!!😍
I love that disco break
I will be on this ship in june. Thanks for the tour
Cute couple 😊
You Guys are so much fun, thanks for having us along.🙂
You guys are so adorable. I always feel like I'm on vacation when I watch your videos. Thank You.

Been on her a couple times in AK. Great ship.
loved the dancing, so cute
ProDeeJay I know this is an oldie but I just love the way you cover every place you go! I'm on the Freedom in 7 days! You guys make me want it to be tomorrow!
That was great editing Jay of the disco room and club dancing !!! 🕺💃 whooo hooooo ! Dee and Jay know how to party!
Congratulations on completing your goal of sailing on all of the conquest ships
Jay you in the disco at the end was life!!!! My husband and I actually made it on the sail away party footage. Give your girl a shout out during AMBER COVE day where we should have hung out together!!!!! Waaaaa lol
I like that you guys get an assortment of cabins on your cruises!!
As always it’s lots of fun to watch your vlogs!!!
Love the older ships...I was on the Conquest three weeks ago, and I can't wait to go back. Something very special on the Conquest Class ships...
It was so fun to see this old ship through your eyes! It seems to have a lot of character, for sure. The dancing looked like fun; great job with editing, Editing Jay! I especially liked the pole dancing part, LOL!
Nice seeing this agin. My kiddos and I cruised on her for Christmas 2010.
Best night club footage ever! 😂 Jay you crack me up
we loved it in January and it was only 50%. And James Love was always around and available
Thank you for your hard work on the videos. You look like you're having a great time.
Our favorite ship! Love the vlogs Dee and Jay! Take care.
Enjoyed the video. D & J you both getting your dance on 🕺💃
The Freedom seems like a great ship! I will have to check it out!
Have a wonderful time.
Love the dance montage. Your videos always make me smile.
Ah, I haven’t been on Freedom in a while! Miss that girl.
Hilarious! I’m starting from the end. You two were getting your grove on! That does seems like a vintage ship now days, but still plenty of fun. Love the pony tail Dee and the mushroom socks Jay!
Yaaaay!!! We are going in June!!! Great video!! Have fun!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🎊🎊🎊😀😀😀
You FINALLY found my piano bar well done
Thanks for the Carnival Freedom content, great memories on that ship.
One of my favorite videos!! The dance montage in the club!! I love it!
Wonderful 🤗.
Freedom is a little similar to Conquest (was aboard her 11/2009 & 09/2010) the night club looks almost the same.
Y'all were getting your grooves on 💃🕺
Omg Jay have me in 😂
Our first cruise was on the Fredom! Loved it.
Hey Jay & see, glad you did vlogs of the freedom-going on her august 1st sooo ready!!
Yesssss. So ready for this
Thank you for the quick tour of the Carnival Freedom. I was supposed to be on her for my Alaska cruise but they switched to the Splendor. So happy to get a chance to view her after all. I just love the character and charm of the older ships. 😍
Loved the video you guys! ☺️
This was fun.

@ParoDeeJay we just wanted to say we love you guy's, watch all y'all videos
Love, love, love you guys♥️. Really taught me the way to sail...
I was on the Freedom back in October. Of the four cruises I've been on since the restart(2 on Mardi Gras, 1 on Freedom and 1 on Magic), Freedom was my favorite.
Christmas 2019 we were on the Freedom. Absolutely loved it.
Carnival Freedom was our 1st ship! We had the best time and were hooked on cruise vacations after that!
Going on my first Carnival cruise in November on Liberty. I am sure it will be fun if a little different from what I am used to.
The freedom was supposed to be our ship in May for the alaskan cruises, but then they switched it to the splendor! But she is beautiful!
oooo we'll be on the freedom this year, excited to see this series! Love the older carnival ships so much "personality" as you say. Also lovvvveeeee the alliteration on your sections.
We were on Valor in Feb. First Carnival ship for us
Mongolian wok is my absolute FAVORITE. I wish they had it on more ships instead of lucky bowl
Yeah
Morning you 2, this is my favourite class of ship... I sailed the Freedom in the Med when she was new... so fun! So, have you found your casino game???

What's in Featured Indian Vegetarian meal? It really takes up two plates? How is it?? Looks yummy good!
It changes every night, and comes with three small main dishes with a dish of rice on the first plate, and the second plate is typically garnishes and sauces!! :D
Hey love yall. Me and my bestie just got off the Freedom April 21st- 25th!
Yess Dee..i was doin the same thing in the spinning comedy chair. "Imma child dont mind me"! Lol
Darn it i never got to get on the freedom in Galveston back in 2019 due to the darn coof they canceled my cruise.. well at least my favorite cruisers get to enjoy her.
Epic dance montage! Regarding the interior room: does the lack of natural light bother you? Are there any tips and tricks to deal with that?
We actually enjoy the darkness of the interior while sleeping and it seems to help control the temperature of the cabin as well, not having a window or door. We don’t mind it a bit!! :D
I’m was on there 3 week ago
I swear I laugh so hard at Jay cause he loves him some cheese. Every time y’all eat I wonder huuummmm is he gonna find cheese lol ha ha ha ha ha
Well rats, I'd read on a forum that the taco salad bowls were gone, and you guys just confirmed. That's a bummer.
Oh no, gone forever? We just figured they were out that day, or hadn’t made any. Yow!!
@@parodeejay I don't know :( The fact that more than one ship has it going on makes me concerned it could be a forever thing though. Let's hope not! One of my favorites.
Will be on Freedom on Thursday may 4.
How about the Serenity Deck?
We ended up wandering around it in the dark in part six, ha ha. Didn’t even make it up there until the last day, sadly!! :P
You mentioned you have seen the welcome aboard show before. Is that show the same in all carnival ships? Also, is it "usually" at the same times on the first night, in your experience. (I understand that activities can change)

Just a month before it's Whale Tail fire.
LOL old skool ship 2007 ugh I'm old I can't :(
Well of course the little whale's 🐳 hat fit, it's sewed on. 🧵🪡 Maybe that's what Dee should do with your hat 🧢 🤣
Lololololol. Your ad was for self pleasuring…tee hee
34 days till our Carnival freedom cruise for a B2B.
My feet never touch the ground cause I'm only 5'2....lol
Do you need a passport and visa to cruise?
Depends on your citizenship and the start/end ports of the cruise, but for US citizens on a closed loop cruise, a birth certificate and photo identification is usually fine. We always travel with passports just to make things easier though!! :D
I must respectfully disagree: you two are both chic AND posh! It just depends on the day. 😁❤️
Looks like a No balcony room. Claustrophobic, I’m outta here. No way, have balcony or no cruising.for me.👎
We sleep SO much better in an interior and it's easier to control the temperature in the cabin, plus we get to cruise more. No complaints here!! :P
