A studio : Husband and Wife. (2)
1bhk : Max 2
2bhk Max 4.
Some 2bhk in cities like Atlanta allow 5 on the lease.
Now question is how the leasing office consider a child? If they are to be added on the lease . It may depend on that. If you are 2 ppl with 2 kids they may say 2bhk at minimum.
