Sir helicase can move on both leading and lagging strand or only in lagging strand 5'-3' ?
it can move on both directions...but generally in replication it chooses 5 to 3 direction on lagging strand template

Sir, OH neg and phosphate also contains neg charge then how could attack possible, please ans.
Actually the chemistry is behind that..in chemistry we have something called SN2 reaction mechanisms....so the bonds also resonate and electrons also delocalises...that creates positive charge over there so it attacks on it..hope u got it...becoz detail chemistry is involved in it
