Thank u a lot for that clarification, I tried many times to test service name either with sys or system or sysdba but it is failed. Even though the listener is already started.
Is there any help?

You do not have to create new files, just copy the sample file and edit it.

I can not thank you enough. I have been trying to connect to my database but it kept showing username/password wrong error. But when I logged in as system it instantly worked. I wonder why it didn't work with "sys as sysdba" even with correct password
