That grudge girl is Saito-shan. The inaudible staff member. She's pretty much Chanko's assistant on various radios including on Choroi. IIRC on Choroi she was on as the AD. Chanko is the script.

The only time I heard saito-shan's voice was on Sakura's birthday >_< Also, got a glimps of her face on that christmas special.
