Hi Glenna...I just did the same thing yesterday! (transplanted some extra lettuce seedlings from pots into my hydroponic setup)...glad to see someone do it too, especially as the coming hot weather (I'm in Arkansas) is, like you said, no time for growing lettuce. Thanks for your informative videos!

🥬 You are most welcome! I’m passionate about growing my own food & love sharing what works. 👩‍🌾 Sounds like you’re into sustainable farming, too! It’s good to know that I’m not the only crazy farmer out there moving from soil to hydroponics! What types of lettuce grow well for you in the hotter temps?

@@GrowingwithGlenna Honestly, I don't attempt to keep lettuce going outside in our hot summers, which is one reason I recently got into hydroponics where I can try to keep our household supplied with greens. Your videos have been a big inspiration!

@@stevec2775 I GET IT!👍 Hydroponics is so much more flexible and has been a CONSTANT source of greens for my family for years! I keep a steady rotation of seeds to tanks going year round. Glad I can be of source of inspiration and information! 😊
