Love the space, especially the floor. Initial thoughts re your design:
- Staircase needed to be outside of the office otherwise you'll have visitors going through the office whilst you're doing 'deals'. Plus the office would then have far more usable space.
- If sitting on a sofa on the mezzanine then all you'll see is the solid balustrade and the roof of the showroom. Get some tall tables'n'stools instead.
Agree the stairs should of been either outside or in the massive toilet area
The space is very cool. Love the flooring. It has transformed the space. Look forward to seeing it fully finished.
You should get your Grandads race car and Dad's favourite car in the corner. Would show the generations, and be special

Enjoying watching the journey and showroom will look stunning! Could you get some mics the sound was a bit hard to hear everything that was being said.
Agreed on the mics, the sound is acceptable when you are facing the camera, but when you turn away, up goes my volume so I can hear you. Archie, we love what you are doing mate, but please listen to at least one thing that some are asking of you, get another mic for the other person/s you are talking to. This will improve your vids no end. Great job so far BTW.
Great place but why not have a glass partitions on the top viewing area, this will allow everyone to see the car’s while they have coffee or tea. But great job.
The new place looks great Archie. Still has an empty sound but that will change when the stock is in and picture go up. Best of luck with it.

If you and Steve are sitting at your desks I don't think people will feel comfortable walking through the office to get to the mezzanine? Needs a separate stairway from the outside as others have mentioned. Otherwise looks amazing and I'm sure it will be a huge success.
