Picking "Cheap" Boats by the Side of the Road - What 7k to $15k Get You and is Boat Market Cooling?

It's the Summer 2022 edition of the "Picking Boats by the Side of Road" series and with a 25 to 30 mph SW blow today (July 2, 2022) forcing the cancellation of my charter, I took a leisurely drive through the North Fork of Long Island (with a run to the Town Dump mixed in for good measure) to see what's for sale.
We have some interesting choices in this one, including a Maine-style small center console with a newer Honda 50 on it by a manufacturer named Pickerel that I never heard of. Mixed in with that were more traditional choices from Boston Whaler and Pursuit.
Finishing the video off was an older 19 foot Alumacraft side console that was NOT for sale, but as you'll see in the video, a certain Northeast fishing legend really hoped it was.
