    In Bobby’s defense, he often forgets his own lyrics too.

      @Candice Elizabeth i don't think anyone is denying the fucked up stories of the dead. but i don't recall any stories of bobby hurting anyone. sure, he had that affair with donna, and hanging around his wife when she was a teenager was kinda creepy, but we don't really know how any of that went down. we don't know what happens behind closed doors. and bobby and his wife seem happy, they've been together for years. their kids seem happy. if there was any pain caused by bobby it seems they've worked it out and moved on. to me, it just seems you are the hypocrite. you preach toxic masculinity and you have claimed yourself as some "savior of women", but really your just bashing a girls father. your bashing a family, a family of women. you claim Natasha should divorce her husband, your only bringing women down. i don't see you helping anyone. only spreading hate. if bobby and the band did spread hate, you are an extension of it. so chill out friend, listen to some grateful dead, and leave bobby alone.

    • @daltonmoon646
      @daltonmoon646 3 роки тому +3

      @Candice Elizabeth but the issue is your claiming that the cheating and the hookups is enough for natasha and their kids to hate on bobby. but you don't know them, i mean there is a big difference between hurting someone and having sex with someone else. especially in grateful dead world. you have no idea how natasaha feels about bobby and sex, you are really just stating your opinion that its disrespectful. maybe natasha doesn't see it as disrespectful. sure, maybe if he was abusing her and she was like "yeah this is ok" then something would be fucked up. but honestly, if bobby cheated on her and she was like "yeah this is ok" id be like "alright, yall do u ". but the fact is, we don't know. you have no idea how their family operates, you have no idea how they view relationships or tradition or values or commandments. you have no idea how they feel. so i say, if their not hurting anyone, leave them alone. you are not standing up for women cause you don't even know if they need your help. they simply are women, just living. if anything your attacking the women just trying to live their lives. i am actually standing up for them now. you are the enemy.

      @Candice Elizabeth who are you to decide what is ethical and what isn't? this isn't even just about musicians, these are people. and its not about free passes, its about doing what you want if it doesnt hurt your family or anyone else, emotionally and physically. its called "don't stand up for someone who aint sittin down"

    Interesting vid, cool to watch. They both resemble their dads, especially Monet. It was like looking at Bob, from the late '60s/early '70s! They both seem like intelligent, well adjusted gals. I've seen the Dead many times and saw Peter Frampton once(with B.B.King). I dig both artists. They oughta have Weir's daughter doing an interview with Jerry's daughter. Ty for uploading. And ty, Mia and Monet. Your're both very attractive, too. Best wishes.

    Django Reinhardt was big in the first part of the last century, and was a big influence on a lot of musicians. If you wanted some recent Country music to listen to, you might like Sierra Hull. She's been an excellent musician for a long time, since she was a kid. She's not that commercial glitter-pop country that makes money these days. I hope the families are doing okay.

    I knew who my parents' favorites were I just didn't like sinatra and ella Fitzgerald and tony Bennett and big band music. I was listening to the Dead and Peter Frampton and led Zeppelin and the Beatles and the Roling Stones etc. in High school and college. Then I hit my mid 20s and I fell in love with my parents' music too......and Miles Davis and Charlie parker AND DJANGO REINHARDT (thank you peter) lol

Monet's dad was in, literally, the greatest American touring rock band of all time and their exploits are and will be legendary forever whether you like them or not.
