For anyone in Cambodia using this test, it comes with the buffer bottle liquid already in the long tube and without printed instructions. Don't panic when you get your test. Watch the video because it's very helpful.

How is this test accurate when you are doing it yourself.. it should be nasopharengeal not Nasal swab for a accurate result.

it's medical - some plastic is necessary, and should not be demonised. one can reduce plastic waste in other areas of one's life.
