- The Buffalo Fire Department has identified the firefighter that was killed in the four-alarm fire on Main Street as 37-year-old Jason Arno.
My dad was a city firefighter in Niagara Falls NY for many years.
He always said, no matter where a firefighter hangs up his helmet, we are all brothers; there for them to the end.
My heart is heavy.
Thoughts, prayers to you dear Jason, family, union members and to all the firefighters in Buffalo.
❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
My prayers to the other team members on the Fire Department & to Jason's family. This was so tragic.
The Lamp has been lit to guide you home Bro.
God bless his loved ones who suffer this horrible loss!
Some give some, some give all. Some come home some do not. Yesterday tragically one gave all one didn’t come home. As a man who just had a kid and a wife he put his life on the line for others. He didn’t care for himself. He cared to make sure others were safe. He did just that but sadly at the cost of his own life. R.I.P Jason you will be missed. Prayers out to the family.
My condolences to the Arno Family.
Some gave all, GOD is much more beautiful with hero's like you, thank you firefighter.
Prayers to this hero and his family. Thank you for the bravery.

Rest in peace brother may the lord bless and keep you. In this difficult time we also pray for all of your brothers and sisters of the BFD. Lord please keep them focused during this time so that they can perform their work without injury. So many people out there in the world have no idea what this job requires and just how difficult it can be.
Dead and it was a vacant building. I'm always sadden to hear these stories.
It was not a vacant building, it held multiple active businesses

Collecting donations for the family? You mean the fire department doesn't provide life insurance for their employees?
Que D'os tenga en su regazo su Alma q.e.p.d
A brave committed firefighter who end up dead 💀 killed
So I guess they are hiring?
Nope, the civil service exam was already held in 2022.
Assuming it's a hiring list certified for 2 years, I'll save you from wasting your time on the 2024 exam:
No one is gonna hire the likes of you with that shitty attitude and lack of situational awareness. Stick to posting uninteresting dashcam videos, cunt.
I want to be a firefighter so bad but they don't call me and I think about situations like this but I know if ever become one no man will die in my department we will train non stop and become the best .
A true hero. RIP.
